Qualifications & Expertise
- Basic to expert knowledge/experience of Azure AD - Essential
- Basic to expert knowledge/experience of Azure IaaS & other related products - Essential
- Basic to expert knowledge/experience of Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune for Windows 10, Mac OS and iOS environments - Essential
- Basic to expert knowledge of networking concepts, OSI model, Layer 2/3 concepts - Desirable
- Understanding of basic project processes, what’s involved and what’s included/excluded - Desirable
- Experience with managing Windows based networks including Windows servers, tasks including Systems Administration, Network Administration and an understand of Standard Operating Environment design and delivery - Desirable
- Experience with scripting languages highly desirable. Tasks include endpoint management, server management and application delivery plus troubleshooting Powershell, Batch and Bash - Desirable

Tasks & Responsibilities
- As part of Professional Services team you will design scope and implement IT Projects for our clients
- Document any changes implemented during projects for help desk staff to support the client's new environment.
- Conduct R&D on new technologies to ascertain suitability for our clients
- Provide an escalation point for support desk as required
